SHIPMENT COSTS AND TERMS
The goods is shipped via express courier. It takes 2/5 days (depending on the place) after the shipment.
Shipping costs include even the packaging and they vary from a minimum of Euro 9,00 up to Euro 32,00, according to the weight and size of the parcel. These cost can raise if the weight is over 15 kg or 150 cm as a sum of the 3 borders of the parcel: in this case, you will be immediately informed about the fees you have to pay.
Through the tracking service you can always supervise the shipment of the requested object. In case of repeated delivery fail, the article will be returned to the sender (Giftland Snc) and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
GOODS RECEIPT
Once the customer receives the requested object, he has to verify its external wholeness. Should the customer has to establish any damage or break, he has to refuse the parcel or accept it with a reservation, clearly indicating this wording in the waybill. Only in this case all possible damages due to transport could be attributed to the courier. |
